HOW THE MONTHLY DRAW WORKS

Once you have joined the WHOOPS Support Crew mailing list, complete these steps during the relevant monthly promotional period:

1. Tag at least one riding mate in the comments on the current WHOOPS Support Crew Instagram post.

2. Share any WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel post or Reel to your Instagram Story.

3. Tag @whoopsdirtbikeapparel in the Story so we can verify the share.

Private account? DM us a screenshot of the qualifying Story share before the monthly round closes.

One valid monthly share + tag = one entry. Extra shares are always appreciated, but they do not create extra entries for that month's draw.

WHOOPS SUPPORT CREW – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to the WHOOPS Support Crew monthly promotion run by WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel.

1. PROMOTER

The promoter is WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel, operated by TEAGAN LEE BOYLE, ABN 11 940 767 916.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The WHOOPS Support Crew monthly draw is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are active WHOOPS Support Crew members at the close of the relevant promotional period.

To become a WHOOPS Support Crew member, an eligible person must join the WHOOPS mailing list using the sign-up form on this page.

Persons directly involved in conducting or determining the winner of the promotion are not eligible to win.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

Joining the WHOOPS Support Crew mailing list is a one-time membership step. A member does not need to sign up again each month.

To enter the relevant monthly draw, an eligible Support Crew member must:

1. Tag at least one riding mate in the comments on the current WHOOPS Support Crew Instagram post.

2. Share any WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel post or Reel to their Instagram Story during the relevant promotional period.

3. Tag @whoopsdirtbikeapparel in the Story so WHOOPS can verify the qualifying share.

The shared content does not have to be the WHOOPS Support Crew post. Members may share any WHOOPS post or Reel of their choice.

Private Instagram account? The member must send WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel a screenshot of the qualifying Story share by Instagram direct message before the promotional period closes so the entry can be verified.

Only one entry per person per monthly promotional round will be accepted, regardless of how many riding mates they tag or how many WHOOPS posts or Reels they share during the same round.

If required to verify membership, a selected winner may be asked to provide the email address used to join the WHOOPS Support Crew mailing list.

Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded.

4. FIRST PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The first WHOOPS Support Crew promotional period begins on 27 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 November 2026.

The winner will be randomly selected on 1 December 2026.

5. FUTURE MONTHLY ROUNDS

Unless otherwise stated by WHOOPS, future rounds will run from the first day of each calendar month until 11:59pm Sydney time on the final day of that month.

The winner will ordinarily be drawn on the first day of the following month.

WHOOPS may pause, change or discontinue future rounds. Any material change applying to a future round will be published in the relevant promotion information or on this page.

6. PRIZE

Each monthly winner will receive up to $100 AUD worth of eligible WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel products selected from the WHOOPS online store.

The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If the winner chooses products valued at more than $100 in total, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.

7. WINNER SELECTION

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received during the relevant promotional period.

This is a game of chance. Skill does not determine the winner.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted through the Instagram account used for the qualifying share and may also be contacted using the email address associated with their Support Crew membership.

The winner may also be announced through WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel's website or official social media accounts.

WHOOPS will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.

9. UNCLAIMED PRIZES

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within three months of the original draw date, WHOOPS may conduct a redraw from the remaining valid entries for that promotional round.

10. VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION

WHOOPS may request reasonable information to verify a member's identity, age, Australian residency, Support Crew membership or eligibility before awarding a prize.

WHOOPS may exclude a member where there are reasonable grounds to believe the person submitted false or misleading information, attempted to manipulate the promotion, used multiple identities contrary to these Terms, used automated or fraudulent means, or otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions.

11. OCCASIONAL WHOOPS THANK-YOU GIFTS

From time to time, WHOOPS may choose to send supporters a small thank-you or surprise at its discretion.

These occasional gifts are separate from the WHOOPS Support Crew monthly draw, are not guaranteed, and do not create additional entries or improve a member's chance of winning the monthly prize.

12. PRIVACY & EMAIL MARKETING

By joining the WHOOPS Support Crew through the mailing-list sign-up form, members consent to receive WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel marketing emails.

Members may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. A person who has unsubscribed is no longer an active Support Crew member for future monthly rounds unless they choose to join again.

Personal information supplied in connection with the Support Crew will be used to administer membership and the promotion, verify entries, contact winners, send marketing communications where consent has been provided, and otherwise handled in accordance with the WHOOPS Dirt Bike Apparel Privacy Policy.

13. INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK AND META

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Entrants release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from responsibility for the operation of the promotion or the awarding of prizes to the extent permitted by law.

14. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By joining the WHOOPS Support Crew and entering a monthly draw, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.

15. APPLICABLE LAW

The promotion is conducted subject to applicable Australian laws and the laws and regulations applying in the entrant's State or Territory.
